In August 2018, the Financial Oversight and Management Board for Puerto Rico reported the Commonwealth had $74 billion in bond debt and $49 billion in unfunded pension liabilities as of May 2017, according to a debt investigation report.   

An astonishing 43 percent of Puerto Rico's 3.2 million in population currently relies on food stamps.

 So why is America supporting all the COLORED PEOPLE in the world ??? One reason is the US corporate investments are usually stolen by the Dictator Political Regimes of a third world nation. HRC Clintons stole billions from Haiti in relief th d's they oversaw.

Part of his salary was a house and free rent. He paid the utilities.
