An Orange County teacher has been charged with threatening to "shoot up" her school.

A news release from the Orange County Sheriff's Office says Kristen Thompson was arrested Tuesday on a felony charge of communicating a threat of mass violence.



Couple of things here. Who's doing the screening for new hires? Can teachers be trusted and even tempered enough to have a weapon at school for protection? We know women leaders hire differently because they allow their emotions to override sound protocols. America can't have teachers like this. Women teachers and female pedophilia is an epidemic on our schools. Now this?

Be it the highly educated lawyer or professor or business owner, the high school drop out, the stay at home mom with kids, the person just starting in the work force.
