Admin-boards administer/manage resources and distribution and manufacturing.
State Barter treaties with other States and Countries.
The wages are credits not money.
Credits are traded for goods and services.
Goods and services are priced at 1971 Levels.
Credits then return to the State Wage Distribution Centers and that individuals account.
The benefits:
No political leverage by bribery.
Theft and homicides are dramatically reduced.
